As a Dreamweaver at Spontigo, you'll work directly
with travelers to design customized itineraries filled with
handpicked adventures, dining, and local gems. You'll serve as
both trip architect and trusted local guide, ensuring each
guest feels seen, celebrated, and completely taken care of.

As our Operations Manager, you're the guardian of the guest
experience. You will ensure we consistently deliver
exceptional service to our hotel partners and guests, turning
our promises into reality at scale.
You're a process-builder, a team leader, a problem-solver, and
above all, someone who sees every detail as a chance to
elevate the experience. You'll obsess over fulfillment,
because we know that when guests feel taken care of, magic
happens.

We're looking for our first full-time engineering hire to join
Spontigo's founding team. You'll build alongside a technical
co-founder and take ownership of meaningful parts of the stack
from day one.
This isn't a maintenance role. You'll be shipping new
features, shaping system architecture, solving real customer
problems, and helping define the product and company as we
grow. It's early. It's fast. It's yours to build.
We're building the infrastructure to transform how hotels deliver concierge experiences at scale blending tech and human touch. You'll be early enough to shape everything. But we're far enough along that your work will have immediate impact.
